Tommy was born on July 10, 1953 in Taft, CA to Alfey and Jewel (Underwood) Parker. He has been a resident of Kern County for all of his life. Tommy served honorably in the United States Army. He is survived by his loving wife, Ereline - as well as many beloved family members.
A Committal Service with Full Military Honors, is scheduled for 10:00 am Monday August 07, 2017 at Bakersfield National Cemetery - 30338 East Bear Mtn. Blvd. Arvin, CA
