Richard James Staats

Richard Staats, a life long resident of Kern County - entered rest with his family at his side, the late morning of Thursday June 11, 2015. He was 87 years of age.

He proudly served our country in the United States Navy.

A Celebration of Richards Life, will be held at the Twin Oaks General Store - 15782 Caliente Creek Road Caliente, CA 93518.
