Rhonda was born in Long Beach, California to John and Lynetta (Horton) Stracener.
She is survived by her loving husband Eric, children; Sarah, Crystal and Mathew. She has been a resident of Kern County for 23 years and was employed as a Teacher for 18 years.
A Memorial Service is scheduled for Monday October 28, 2013 - 3:00PM at the Olive Knolls Nazarene Church 6201 Fruitvale Ave. Bakersfield, California.
