Randy H.Clement was born in Bakersfield and was a respected and loved by his family and friends in and out of the chiropractic community.
He's been a long time resident of Kern County and held many positions in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
Viewing will begin Saturday November 12, 2016 from 11:30-12:45 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints 5600 Panorama Dr. Bakersfield ,Ca with the services starting at 1:00 P.M Burial will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park.
