He leaves behind his Son, Michael, a Daughter in law and a grand daughter.
Percy will buried with Full Military Honors on Tuesday November 13th 2012 - 1:15PM at the Bakersfield National Cemetery, 30338 East Bear Mountain Blvd. Arvin, CA.
