Nic Peterson

It is with deepest sorrow that we announce that Nicolas Peterson, at age 13, a beloved son, brother, grandson and family member passed away unexpectedly due to an accident on January 10th 2021.
The world dimmed a little that day
Nic was born in Richfield, Utah on December 19, 2008. Our white haired, blue eyed handsome boy is missed everyday by his father, Kyle eterson, mother Tiffiny Deal and step-father Johnathon, older sister Abigail Plumlee, younger brother Johnathon Deal Jr., younger sister Emily Peterson , grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins and many, many friends.
We know Nicolas loved the Lord and is now with his family in heaven. He is very well loved in both worlds.
Nic was such a special person, quick witted, intelligent, and mature for his age. He was diagnosed with juvenile diabetes at the age of 7 but you would never tell by his actions, he handled it better than most adults would. Now he can eat the Sour Patch Kids candy and drink the “dark” sodas that he loved sooo much.
He had the best personality with a mischievous grin and contagious giggle. He really loved snakes and had just received his very own this past Christmas. His younger sister, Emily has volunteered to take care of it for him.
He was loving and kind, always quick with a hug and a smile. Nic loved ‘The Avengers’, a group of extraordinary individuals, just like him. Nic was small in stature, but just like his favorite character The Hulk, he was always the biggest presence in the room. His joyous smile will forever be missed.
We will be having a Celebration of Nic’s Life on Saturday February 20th, 2021 at Coronado Baptist Church 516 Norris Road, Bakersfield, CA 93308 starting at 3:00 pm.
