Mona Lue Culp(Talley) born in Colorado Springs on July 25, 1951 , died April 30 2026 10:03 pm Bakersfield California.
With heavy hearts, we remember and celebrate the life of a truly remarkable woman—our beloved nanny. She found joy in the things that spoke to her spirit. She loved horses, admiring their strength and grace, much like the quiet strength she carried within herself. Dreamcatchers held a special place in her heart, symbolizing her wish to protect and bring peace to those she loved. Music filled her days, often echoing through her home and creating moments that will forever live in our memories.
She was survived by her loving daughter Deedra Sipe and son in law George sanders , grandchildren Rebecca sipe and Tristen , Dalton and Charity sipe and her two most prized possessions Kash Weber and Luna Willis her great grandchildren who she loved more than anything on this earth and many nieces , nephews and cousins. Above all else, she loved her family—fiercely and unconditionally. To her, family was not only those she was related to, but anyone lucky enough to be welcomed into her circle.
She had a beautiful way of making everyone feel like they belonged, offering comfort, understanding, and endless love . Though she may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the love she gave so freely and the memories we will cherish forever. She remains in our hearts, guiding us with the same compassion and grace she showed every day.
Rest peacefully, nanny. Your love will stay with us always.
