Marilyn Moore passed away peacefully on Sunday August 11, 2024, surrounded by her family. She was a lifelong nurse in Bakersfield until she retired to care for her parents. Marilyn was a 4th generation rancher on the land her family homesteaded. She is preceded in death by her father Russell Laurence Moore, mother Bette Louise Moore, and brother Larry Moore. She is survived by her lifelong best friend Linda McCaslin, son Brian Moore and his wife Stacy Moore. Her 4 grandchildren Barrett, Emma, Wyatt, and Everett Moore. Sister-in-law Mary Moore, nephew Michael Moore, niece Melissa Bias, and several cousins. Marilyn was a lover of all animals and everything outdoors, but she was most proud of her family.
