Born to Arthur and Estell (Gammill) Moutrey, on November 13, 1932 in the State of Illinois.
LeRoy, resided in Kern County for more than two decades. He and his beloved wife, Joyce - shared sixty years of marriage.
At age 79, LeRoy entered rest on May 15, 2012.
A Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday May 22, 2012 ~ 5:30PM at the Joy Community Church - 2408 Allen Road - Bakersfield, CA.
