Jerry Wayne Kiger

Born in Panama, Oklahoma to Robert Lee and Fannie L. (Carpenter) Kiger. Jerry moved to Kern County at a young age. He attended local schools and served our Country honorably in the United States Navy.

Jerry is well know in community for his skills as a building contractor.

On the morning of Wednesday June 24th, 2015 - Jerry passed from this life surrounded by his family.

He is preceded in death by his parents Robert and Fannie. He is survived by his children; Jerrol, Pauline and Pamela. As well as grandchildren, great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Service is scheduled for 11:00 am Saturday July 11, 2015 at Kern River Family Mortuary - 1900 N. Chester Ave. Bakersfield, CA. Full Military Honors will be presented.

Private interment will be at a later date, at the Bakersfield National Cemetery.
