James Brad Cates

Brad was born in Bakersfield California to Homer Mary (Hayden) Cates and resided in Kern County all of his life.

He loved family, friends and music. Brad was a car enthusiest and worked and a mechanic for over three decades.

His surviving family includes Laura - his loving wife. Children; Codie, Johathan and Brooke as well as eight grandchildren.

A Celebration of Brad's life will be scheduled at a future date.
