Iiline was born in Bakersfield, California to Joe and Juanita (Smith) Steers. She resided in Kern County all of her life.
She raised three sons and two daughters and now has numerous Grand and Great Grand Children.
A Memorial Service is scheduled for Saturday January 04, 2014 at the Bakersfield Family Church - Pastor Richard Hill will Officiate.
