Harold Eugene Black, 77, passed away on December 6, 2016 in Bakersfield, CA.
He is survived by his wife Ruth, three daughters, six grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, and his brother Larry Black.
A Celebration of Life will be held at the DoubleTree Hotel (California Room) on December 17, 2016 at 1:30pm. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Hoffmann Hospice Home.
