A Memorial Service is scheduled for 10:00 am Saturday July 25, 2015 at Kern River Family Chapel - 1900 N. Chester Ave. Bakersfield, CA.
Frederick will be laid to rest, with Full Military Honors at Bakersfield National Cemetery. The Committal Service will be private and scheduled at a later date.
