Frank A. Bowles age 63 of Oildale, Ca passed away July 14, 2021 in Oildale ,Ca. Frank was honorable discharged from the united states Marines. Frank also was a long time resident of Kern County and is survived by his children Frank, Kami and Kendra.
Celebration of life is scheduled for Saturday August 21, 2021 starting at 1 p.m at Kern River Family Mortuary.
