Arlene was born in Chicago Illinois to Donald and Florence (Laigh).
Kern County has been Alrlene's home for the past 45 years. For nearly two decades - Arlene has been employed as a Head Housekeeper for several Hotels.
Visitation is scheduled for Saturday January 11, 2014 at Kern River Family Chapel from 6:00 - 8:00 pm.
