Angela Barbero

ANGELA BARBERO
DECEMBER 17th 1936 - 19th JULY 2021

Angela Barbero aged 84 of Bakersfield CA & formally of Ashton-Under-Lyne England sadly passed away. She leaves behind her beloved devoted husband Jose.
Angela was born in England and in her earlier life was educated in Nigeria, her graduation was completed in England at Fairfield High School for girls.
Angela’s working life started at the TSB Bank in England. Angela then emigrated in 1959 to the USA where she worked as a Nanny in Beverly Hills. Angela then started at the Bank of America, Westwood Branch, LA where she completed 40 years service and retired in April 1998 as Vice President. Whilst working at the bank she met the love of her life Jose in 1963 and were married in April 1967. Angela and Jose moved from Century City to Bakersfield in 2000 they were members of the Seven Oaks Country Club where Angela enjoyed many years playing tennis, she also played poker and bunco at the Greens Clubs where she was very popular at making friendships.
Jose would like to personally thank the “Angels” that cared for Angela in her latter stages including Kelsey, Maria, Sofia, Melinda, Bertha and Jenne. Also Doctors Sarabjit (Sam) Singh, Bani Singh and John Young.
