Alisa Sue Bowman-Barton June 10. 1965 - February 21, 2013 Alisa Sue Bowman- Barton was born to Loretta and Eldon Long in Bakersfield, CA and left this world to go home to her Lord and Savior. She was the loving mother of John Eldon Bowman, he was the light of her life. Her daughter-in-law Kayliann was the daughter of her heart. Alisa was active in the Church on the Way Ministries. She was passionate in her work with the church and in life. She was the 6th of 7 children and loved nothing better than to gather the family and friends together to celebrate life. Alisa also traveled to Washington to visit her son and daughter-in-law every chance she got and be included in her extended family activities. She was preceded in death by her father, Eldon Long and stepfather, E.L. McDaris. Survived by her beloved husband, Robert "Bob" Barton; son, John Eldon Bowman and wife Kayliann; loving mother, Loretta and husband Harvey Friedley; sisters and brothers- in-law, Theresa and Richard Gregg, Eileen and James Wayne Sanders, Betty and Greg Byrd; and brothers and sisters-in-law, Wayne E. and Joy Long, Doug and Gina Crabtree, and brother, John W. Long; lifelong friend, Kathy Haverstock; along with numerous nieces and nephews and beloved friends.
