Carlos was born in Visalia California to Alfred and Annette (Herrera). Kern County has been his home for 26 years.
He has been employed as a Handy Man and enjoyed time as his Church - "Church without Walls."
Carlos is survived by his loving Parents - Alfred and Annette, Fiance - Sarah Skinner, as well as many family members and friends.
Services, at St. Theresa Catholic Church - 1515 Baker Street Bakersfield, CA are as follows;
Thursday April 17, 2014 Rosary begining at 12:30 and Mass at 1:00pm.
